AVID Energy Solutions does not sell, rent or exchange any information collected via the Internet. In order to fulfill your requests for our services and products, it is necessary to obtain your name, address, phone number and other essential information. We use the information you provide to schedule Home Energy Assessments and deliver the weatherization services you request. We may also use the information to contact you about our products, services and events, to notify you about special offers or promotions, or to respond to your request for information from AVID Energy Solutions.

By participating in the Mass Save® program, you are agreeing to share your submitted information with the Mass Save® Sponsors, Mass Save vendors and contractors, * and your Community First Partner [if applicable], solely for the purposes of supporting your participation in Mass Save. Your information will not be shared with other entities or used for purposes other than providing assistance with services related to Mass Save. *Mass Save vendors and contractors” includes but is not limited to energy services contractors, heat pump installers, home energy raters, engineers, remediation specialists, community-based organizations, and other energy efficiency organizations and their subcontractors that partner with Mass Save Sponsors to deliver energy efficiency programs.

Security

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Nobody is safe from hackers. If a security breach causes an unauthorized intrusion into our system that materially affects you or people on your Distribution Lists, then AVID Energy Solutions will notify you as soon as possible and later report the action we took in response.
