After moving into a new home, we scheduled a ‘home energy audit’ courtesy of the Mass Save® program. I’ve had some bad experiences with 3rd party service providers and subs over the past several years, but I can’t say enough good things about AES’ people, the quality of their work, and the overall experience we had with them.

The staff from AVID Energy Solutions did an outstanding job in our home. The installers Elian and Jamer were very organized and very coordinated throughout the project. Joe who made the assessment was very helpful and answered my follow up calls.

The workers were on time, polite, extremely neat, covering all floors, with total clean up after insulation. They came across tough unexpected issues with insulation and professionally handled them. The Contractor responded to all matters immediately.

I live in Arlington MA. and called Mass Save for a free energy audit and they sent an auditor from AVID Energy Solutions. I spoke with Kelly on the phone a few times and we worked out a plan and a day for them to come. Kelly was very friendly, personable and helpful on several occasion and she is obviously a great asset to the company. A couple weeks later, three hard working gentlemen came and did a great job adding insulation to the attic and a large crawl space and to the basement in a few areas that needed attending to. They also added weather stripping to all exterior doors to remove any drafts. All of this work was 100% free to me because of my lower income status and it will save me a lot of energy use and money. After a lot of very hard work that took the three men most of the day they cleaned up very well and left. Very friendly and professional!

Eric and Mario came to our house and gave us some valuable suggestions and offered us very good quotes if we decided to have some home improvements in our attic to save our house energy cost in the future.
